We have a vast array of wedges to choose from and many existing standard extrusions profiles we also have designs which include steps and overhangs.
Choose from a selection of our standard profiles. If these are not a match, then we can create a bespoke extrusion profile for you with our machine tooling capabilities.
Our wedges can be used for various applications like chocks, recess filling, door wedges and rubber ramps. The wedges are expertly engineered and manufactured in our UK facility. Extruded and vulcanised with a smooth finish and a variety of rubber materials to choose from. These rubber wedge profiles are highly durable under heavy weight operates accordingly in variable weather conditions and high-low temperatures. (-40° to + 90°C).
These rubber ramp profiles also have a step to neatly fit into the setting you have in mind. Our rubber ramp profiles also have an overhang to neatly fit into the setting you have in mind like steps or ledges.
We can also implement a toothed surface to maximise traction.
