D Profile Marine Fenders

D Profile Marine Fenders

Product Description

We have a vast array of marine bumpers and fenders for vessels, harbours and waterways.

Our D profile fenders come in a selection of different formats and are used to reduce impacts from mooring, collisions and crashing waves. In the unlikely event of a collision with a foreign object or vessel, our D sections will absorb the majority of the impact. We highly recommend EPDM due its longevity in harsh weather conditions and braving the torrents.

These D sections include:

Solid extrusion - Great for large marine vessels and walls – Absorbs impacts through compression.

Hollow centre - Protects vessels and walls from heavy impacts. Greater compression rates due to its hollow centre. Great for sea vessels.

Round centre - Protect your vessels with concentric DO section. A hole is added for compression and the ability to moor the boat.

Half moon - High compression for shock absorption and heavy impacts.

Half moon - solid - Reduced compression rates due to the solidity. - The fender is perfect for larger marine vessels and ocean freighters.

Half moon - hollow - Increased compression – drilled into the side of the vessel or wall and is incredibly versatile in dealing with impact protection and shock absorption.

Half moon – circle - Great for mooring boats, simply loop a knot through the circle and tie to the mooring point. High compression makes for great impact protection.
