Product Description

We offer a vast array of Gate seal extrusions for hydro, power generation and marine-based industries. Our extensive portfolio can be used for various applications, and these include sluices, penstocks, dams, canals, barge, radial and vertical gates.

There are many different formats of gate seal that we can manufacture e.g. gate seals, Double P gate seals, Tadpole extrusions, Lip gate seals, Flat gate seals and Omega seals.

Our P gates can be manufactured in several different ways depending on the level of compression you need them to undergo. If you need a gate that needs to withstand high-level compressions, then we recommend the solid P gate extrusion as a long-lasting solution.

At Walker Rubber we have, a selection of standard profiles for you to choose from. If our standard profiles are not a match, then we can create a bespoke extrusion profile for you with our machine tooling capabilities.

Our bespoke rubber seals are expertly engineered and manufactured using a smooth-finish, black EPDM 70 shore material, they’re highly durable and abrasion resistant under compression and water pressure scenarios, with excellent weather and temperature resistance (-40° to + 90°C).

Available in a multitude of profiles to meet the specific shape needed for your gate; P sections (hollow and solid), double-ended bulb sections, flat rectangular L sections and wedged end sections.
