• UPDATE 13/02/2012 - Walker Rubber & Plastics Ltd are now pleased to announce that the new Autoclave is installed and running! We will be happy to discuss the new capabilities of this autoclave with you for any enquiries you may have.
   
  UPDATE 14/12/2011 - Please be aware that the new Autoclave is due for delivery on the 12th January 2012, this is expected to take around 2 weeks to install, therefore it is likely that we will be unable to manufacture for the remainder of the month of January. Please ensure you call our extrusions department ASAP with any delivery date or lead time queries for this period, we appreciate your patience during this time. 

We will shortly be having a new autoclave installed in our Extrusion Department, as the life of our existing one has now come to an end.

This new autoclave will enable us to:

• Cure longer lengths (now up to 5 MTRS)
• Deal with larger capacity orders
   
  To allow for this improvement to take place we will have a production shutdown for approximately 2 weeks, this installation is scheduled for a 2 week period between mid December 2011 and the end of January 2012.

May we take this opportunity to apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, and to assure you that we will endeavour to keep the disruption to a minimum.
