Mouldings

We have been moulding rubber since 1985 and have a range of over 140 individual moulds. Should we not have a mould that suits your requirements, we can machine one in house to your own specifications. We can produce either multi impression moulds for small components or single impression moulds for large components or short runs. Our compression mould platen enables us to produce moulds up to 30cm x 30cm. We can also mould rubber directly onto metal components to give a high performance bond between the two materials.

In addition to moulding products, we also offer a re-covering service for rollers and crawler wheels.
