Sponge & Foam

We offer a variety of foam and sponge materials and can usually supply products that will meet a customer's requirements. These typically include:

Applications include but are not confined to:

• Reducing vibration in machinery and vehicles
• Draught proofing
• Sealing sections

We stock as standard Trimseal and Prestocell foam rubber.

Trimseal

Trimseal is an adhesive backed foam rubber available in a variety of thicknesses and widths from 5mm x 3mm up to 250mm x 12mm. It is normally sold in rolls, length depending on the thickness, but can be cut to size. It is also available as metre sheet of various thicknesses.

Prestocell

Prestocell is a foam rubber sheet available in a range of thicknesses, and can be cut to size if required.

Acoustic Foam

Acoustic foam is used where noise reduction is required with ideal example applications being:

• Studios
• Machinery
• Boat engines

EVA

EVA is a lightweight foam material with the following properties:

• Low cost
• Low compressions set
• Smooth surface
• Available in different densities and colours
• Excellent thermal insulation
