Our in-house engineering facilties including CNC milling, drilling and cutting which can operate for Plastic and Nylon as well as Rubber and Steel.

Nylon

Nylon is available in various forms and grades;

• Sheet
• Rod
• Shaped

Nylon is used in many different applications including;

• Wear Strips
• Drive Wheels
• Yard Scrapers
• Bushes

PTFE

PTFE comes in;

• Tube
• Sheet
• Rod
• Tape

PTFE is often used in applications where chemicals are involved. It can also be machined into parts where Nylon cannot be used due to chemical contact. PTFE also has a very low coefficient of friction so can also be used in wear applications.

PVC Wall Sheeting

PVC Sheeting is available in white and is a food-quality protective material with wipe-clean properties. We can apply a high strength double sided adhesive sheet to this material to allow it to be easily fixed to walls e.g. for hospital wards and similar applications where easy cleaning is a priority.
